If you saw your confirmation come up on your screen with an order number, your order went through properly. Within a few minutes, a confirmation email will also be sent to the email address used to purchase the tickets. If you did not receive an email, please make sure your email is properly updated by emailing us. (This happens frequently when logging in by Facebook - who remembers that email address anymore?!)
If you did not see a confirmation number of any kind, then the order did not go through and you were not charged.
